Position Overview: 

Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in intelligence operations to lead a small team of analysts supporting the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) at Redstone Arsenal. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of contract performance, coordinating intelligence production, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables that support FBI and Intelligence Community missions. 

Candidates with operational experience in Counterintelligence (CI), HUMINT, AFOSI, or specialized Security Forces S2/ATO functions are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Direct and oversee the execution of a federal intelligence support contract within a forensic and technical exploitation mission space. 
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Intelligence Analysts conducting tactical and operational intelligence exploitation. 
  • Coordinate all contract activities and serve as the primary liaison with the FBI Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO). 
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, briefings, and intelligence products to FBI and USIC stakeholders. 
  • Conduct quality assurance of all analytical deliverables and support threat identification and dissemination efforts. 
  • Lead staffing, performance evaluations, and task prioritization while maintaining operational readiness and analyst retention. 
Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. 
  • At least 5 years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), military, or law enforcement. 
  • At least 3 years of leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience—ideally within classified or high-risk environments. 
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to lead within multidisciplinary environments. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience producing or editing intelligence reporting, briefings, or operational assessments. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with at least 5 years of experience. 
Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior leadership roles within Military Intelligence (e.g., 35L, 35M, 35F, 0211), Air Force OSI, NCIS, or Security Forces/ATO units
  • Familiarity with forensic exploitation, IED-related analysis, or tactical all-source intelligence production. 
  • Experience managing teams in joint-service or interagency environments such as FBI, DoD, or DHS. 
  • Technical background in forensics, hard sciences, or technical exploitation is a plus. 
  • Prior designation as a Certified Release Authority for intelligence dissemination is preferred. 
 
Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
