Overview
The Junior Project Manager will provide project coordination and technical support to the Design Review Services team. This entry-level management role is ideal for candidates with engineering, architecture, or facility planning experience who are looking to grow their careers in federal project management.

Responsibilities
- Support data collection and documentation for facility assessments and system reviews.
- Assist in preparing space planning layouts, block/stack plans, and interior design selections.
- Provide technical support for engineering/building system evaluations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Assist in construction review activities and help track punch list completion.
- Document existing conditions and maintain project files.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members during relocation and installation efforts.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and deliverables for government review.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exposure to project management principles and design review processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred but not required.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
